Package Pickup is available for registered runners with Photo ID as follows:

  • Friday, February 8 at Forerunners 3880 Main Street, Vancouver, 3pm-8pm
  • Saturday, February 9 at Forerunners 3880 Main Street, Vancouver, 10am-6pm
  • RACE DAY: Sunday, February 10 at the Roundhouse Community Centre, 6:30am-8am

What’s included in my race package?
Your race package includes a race bib and tech shirt, plus a $20 Forerunners gift card valid on any purchase of $75 or more.

What do I need to bring to Package Pickup?
Please bring your bib number and valid Photo ID to pickup your race bib with timing chip.

How may I find my bib number?
Bib numbers will be listed on this site closer to event day. An email reminder will also be sent about two weeks prior to race day.

May I pick up someone else’s race package?
No, every runner must pick up their own kit during any of the Package Pickup hours listed above. Proxy pickup is unavailable at RUNVAN® races for a number of reasons, including to protect runners and avoid the potential of lost or stolen race bibs.

May I exchange my tech shirt for a different size?
First Half tech shirts may be exchanged on race day in the gym at the Roundhouse Community Centre between 10:30am-12pm. Only clean, unworn race shirts will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis, while sizes and quantities last.

RUNVAN® merchandise pre-purchased may be collected from the RUNVAN® room at the Roundhouse Community Centre with presentation of Photo ID. RUNVAN® shirts are pre-sold online, separate from race shirts, and only available for pickup on race day.
